Dibattito (Debate)
 
Ø Each institution will be represented by the two debaters ; one will speak FOR, while the other shall speak AGAINST the topic.
 
Ø Topic of the debate will be announced one hour in advance.
 
Ø The team shall follow either Tamil/English.
 
Ø Each debater will be allowed to speak or a maximum of 5 minutes and minimum of 4 minutes.
 
Ø Reading from paper is not allowed.
 
Ø The team should follow only one language.
